Delivery Policy

In short
- We provide services and deliver digitally. No physical products are shipped.
- Work starts after the first payment and once we have your materials. Timelines are agreed for each project.
- Final files, including raw files, are shared by download link once the second part is paid.
- Two rounds of changes are included.
- We keep copies of your files for 60 days after final delivery, so keep your own backup.
1. What we deliver
Lumifine provides services: shoots, films, edits, designs, campaigns, websites, apps, technical management and security work. Everything is delivered digitally, or in person for shoots and meetings. We don't sell or ship physical goods. Where a project includes printing, the printer delivers directly to you, on their own timeline and terms.
2. When work starts
Work starts once you've accepted the quote, the first part of the payment has reached us, and we have the materials and access the work depends on.
3. Timelines
We agree a timeline with you in writing, on the quote or on WhatsApp, before work starts. It assumes feedback and materials arrive when agreed. If anything on your side is delayed, the timeline moves by at least the same amount. If we expect to be late, we'll tell you as early as we can, with a new date.
4. How files are handed over
- Photos, videos, designs and documents are shared by download link, such as a cloud drive or file transfer. Small files may be sent on WhatsApp or by email.
- Raw and source files are included at no extra cost and are shared by link with the final delivery. Because they can be very large, we may ask you for a drive or storage space to put them in.
- Websites are published to your domain and hosting, or handed over with access and instructions.
- Apps are delivered as source code and builds. Store listings are published through store accounts in your name.
- Security reports are shared only with the contacts named in the agreed scope, as set out in the Security Testing Terms.
5. Reviews and changes
We share drafts for review. Each project includes two rounds of changes within the agreed scope, and each round is one consolidated set of feedback. A draft counts as approved when you approve it, or if we haven't received any change requests within 7 days of sharing it.
6. Final delivery
Final files, raw files and handover follow payment of the second part, as set out in the Payment Terms. Previews before then may be watermarked or low-resolution.
7. Shoots and on-location work
- Shoots in Kolkata are included in the price. Travel and stay outside Kolkata are quoted separately.
- Outdoor shoots depend on the weather. If conditions make a shoot unsafe or unusable, we'll agree a new date.
- Drone flights follow India's drone rules and depend on the airspace, local permissions and weather. The cost of permits is passed on at cost.
8. Monthly services
Monthly services are delivered through the month, as the quote describes: for example 8 reels a month, or monthly scans with a retest of fixes. Unused work doesn't roll over to the next month unless we agree it will.
9. How long we keep copies
We keep project files for 60 days after final delivery, in case you need something re-sent. After that we may delete them, so please keep your own backup. Security testing data follows the shorter rule in the Security Testing Terms.
