In short
- We collect only what you send us: your name, how to reach you, your enquiry, and what you share during a project.
- The website uses no cookies and no advertising trackers. Visitor statistics are counted without identifying you.
- We don't sell your data. We share it only with the services that deliver our messages, host the site or process payments.
- Enquiries that don't become projects are deleted after 12 months.
- You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time.
1. Who we are
Lumifine Media And Tech Solutions is a sole proprietorship run by Arkadeep Chakraborty in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. We decide how and why your personal data is used, which makes us the "data fiduciary" under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. This policy explains what that means in practice.

3. What we don't collect
- No cookies and no advertising trackers. Our visitor statistics (Vercel Web Analytics) don't use cookies and don't identify individual visitors.
- No card or bank details. When you pay by UPI, bank transfer or a payment link, the payment is handled by your bank, UPI app or the payment provider. We only see the confirmation.
- One item in your browser. The site stores a note in your browser's local storage that you've already seen the first-project offer, so the popup doesn't appear again. It holds no personal data and is never sent to us. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser's site data.
4. How we use your data
We use your data to reply to enquiries, prepare quotes, deliver and support the work, send invoices and receipts, keep our records as the law requires, and protect our website and business from misuse. We won't use it for anything else without asking you first. We don't send marketing messages unless you've asked for them.
5. Who we share it with
We don't sell or rent personal data. We share it only with these service providers, and only as far as each one needs:
- Web3Forms delivers enquiry form messages to our inbox.
- Vercel hosts the website and provides the anonymous visitor statistics.
- WhatsApp (Meta) carries our chats and calls.
- Payment providers: your bank, UPI app or payment gateway, when you pay.
- Cloud storage and file transfer services hold and deliver project files.
- People working on your project, such as creators, printers or freelancers, receive only what their part of the work needs, and only with your agreement.
We may also disclose data where the law, a court or a government authority requires it.
6. Where your data is stored
Some of these providers store data on servers outside India. We use providers that protect data with reasonable security, and we transfer data only as Indian law permits.
7. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don't become projects: deleted after 12 months.
- Project files and messages: kept while we work together and for the period in the Delivery Policy, then deleted, except what we need for our records.
- Invoices and payment records: kept for as long as tax and accounting laws require.
- Security testing data: deleted 30 days after the final report or retest.
8. Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can:
- ask what personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
- ask us to correct, complete or update it;
- ask us to delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it;
- withdraw your consent, which stops future use but doesn't undo what's already been done lawfully;
- nominate someone to exercise these rights for you if you're unable to;
- raise a complaint with us, and then with the Data Protection Board of India if you're not satisfied.
To use any of these rights, contact us as described in section 13. We'll confirm who you are and reply within 7 days.
9. Data inside client projects
Sometimes your project involves other people's data, such as a customer list for an email campaign or the user records in a system we test. In those cases we handle it only on your instructions and only for your project. You're responsible for having the right to share it with us and to use it that way.
10. Children
Our services are for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you think a child has sent us personal data, tell us and we'll delete it.
11. How we protect it
We protect your data with reasonable safeguards, including access limited to the people doing the work, strong passwords with two-factor authentication where available, and encrypted connections. If a breach affects your personal data, we'll tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
12. Changes to this policy
If our practices change, we'll update this policy and the date at the top. For significant changes that affect data we already hold, we'll let you know directly.
